The conference will be held at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies, Department of Geoinformatics, Cartography, and Remote Sensing (Krakowskie Przedmieście 30, 00-927 Warszawa). The entrance to the building is from the main door, from Krakowskie Przedmieście.
Presenters must upload presentation (PDF or Power point file) to the conference laptop during the break before their session. One can also mail the file with the presentation to our mail address (carto-vis-workshop@uw.edu.pl).

Examples of tickets:
- For short journeys – a 20-minute ticket entitles to an unlimited number of journeys for a period not exceeding 20 minutes from its validation (standard 3,40 PLN, reduced-fare 1,70 PLN)
- One-day ticket (24h/zone 1) – One-day ticket entitles to an unlimited number of journeys for 24 hours from its validation (standard 15 PLN, reduced-fare 7,50 PLN)
- Weekend ticket – Weekend ticket entitles to an unlimited number of journeys from 7:00 PM on Friday till 8:00 AM on Monday (standard 24 PLN, reduced-fare 12 PLN)
